GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Jake who showed around the apartment. Jake is a very friendly guy and very knowledgeable about the property he was showing us around and made us feel welcome to ask any questions. Made a great first impression for himself and the company. As first time renters, we had lots of questions and wanted a nice smooth process. Karla has been amazing and always went the extra mile during our 1st renting experience. Thanks to both of them we now have beautiful first home. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleThe sales team at Andrew Grant have been extremely helpful and supportive, throughout the whole process of selling my flat. They guided me the steps, and gave helpful advice where necessary. Jo went over and above in organising to leave keys for me to access the property, as I live a long distance away. Karen was very professional and helpful in negotiating a fair final deal with the buyer. Louise stayed in touch with weekly reports, detailing where the sale was up to, and negotiated with both sets of solicitors to keep the ball rolling. Thank you everyone for making the sale possible.

GoogleThese guys have been amazing! I cannot fault their service in any way. They helped make the difficult situation of having to sell my late Fathers home so much simpler. GoogleKarla Littleford has been absolutely amazing throughout. We had a few issues with the credit check people and Karla was most helpful in contacting them and resolving the situation. She’s always been very professional and polite. If we have to move again she would be the first person we would call on..A massive great big thank you. .

GoogleWe used Andrew Grant for the sale of two houses this year. We found them incredibly professional. Their communication was first class, efficient and reliable. We dealt with several members of the team over the months and all demonstrated these values equally. I extend this compliment to the sub-contract company too, who prepared the EPC and marketing material. You can see why Andrew Grant have been a presence in the Worcester housing market for so long. They delivered in all aspects. Very satisfied and would heartily recommend.

GoogleWe recently bought a property in Thornbury, Herefordshire, being sold by Andrew Grant on behalf of the previous owners. The team were lovely to deal with - mainly Poppy and Tara and here we are in are new home! I would definitely recommend them as they were professional, competent and easy to deal with as a buyer.

GoogleFrom the start of the process, Andrew Grant have been superb with every aspect. We received a swift call-back from Karla about a property we had enquired about, were booked in to view it the next day, and within 2 days of viewing we had our referencing completed by the team (and the keys to the property shortly after that!) Karla communicated everything with us at every step of the process, both with emails and quick phone calls to keep us in the loop. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kind nature made us feel valued. Karla and Will are superstars and we are grateful to have had such lovely agents helping us with our new home.

The whole process was made easy and efficient by the very friendly and proffesional staff members, especially William B. He made sure to walk us through and explain everything in detail, which was very helpful being first time renters. We would definitely reccomend.

GoogleBIG THANKS to the Team at Andrew Grant Estate Agents for my purchase of a new home in Droitwich in May 2024. All was good, quick and smooth viewing led by Andrew Hart, good hard copy brochure to refer to as well as on line documents. Andrew Hart was very efficient with managing offers from my perspective and paved the way for my purchase, whereby after acceptance of my offer I was guided and kept informed by the progression team representative Louise Jones. It was a model move, supported .by direct liaison with the vendors who were extremely helpful and co-operative with the fine details. THANK YOU.
