Exit of existing tenants and entry of new tenants

Helen has been extremely helpful with the exiting of my existing tenants. Unfortunately the tenants did not leave the house as they found it and Helen has helped me get the house back to a rental condition and has always been available to assist and check on work at the house. I would have had an even more stressful time arranging all this without her assistance. And as well as helping with this she has found me new tenants as well. Helen is a very efficient and professional member of Andrew Grant.

I want everyone to look at these PHOTOGRAPHS I’ve attached to this post. This is our flat that we rent from Andrew Grant. Our flat is severely infested with dangerous black mould. I have a 6-month PREGNANT fiancée! Her doctor and midwife have informed us that it’s not safe for her or the baby to be exposed to mould spores. We have both developed severe coughs. After we’ve made numerous complaints over the months, our property manager and landlord have REFUSED to do anything and even blamed us for not keeping the heating on! Our heating is always on and we pay huge heating bills, as we can prove. I’m of course in contact with the relevant authorities over this as this flat is not safe to live in. I will also be contacting the Local Newspaper as the public need to know about this agency! I’m basically paying to live in a property that is hurting my health, my fiancée’s and my unborn child’s. The public have a right to know that Andrew Grant have no regard for their tenants and are purely concerned with grabbing their money. Simply, they’re Scammers. We’re a young couple, this is our first place we’ve lived in together and we feel like we’ve been bullied throughout our entire tenancy. No one should have to live in conditions like these, (see photos). Stay away from this scam agency.

Awful! Do not bother with these guys if you are a landlord. Our property was left in a complete shambles after the badly selected tenants were finally evicted. I would have thought a property agent would at least look out for your asset, and ensure the tenancy agreement was complied with, but not Andrew Grant. It would also be good if they could be honest about what services are actually included for the over-priced fees.

Reasonable Agents

We were reasonably pleased with Andrew Grants in Stratford upon Avon. We did find they were sometimes not as committed as they could have been. We felt sometimes things were made more difficult than they actually were. On completion we were brought the keys as they were in the area, which was kind but no personal touch like most other agents we have dealt with. Such a shame really.

Ways you can improve. 1) Stick to promoting properties you are selling on your Facebook page rather than pumpkins and medieval fayres. We should not have to ask you to promote our property. 2) Put adverts in your windows rather than display screens. No-one is going to stand around for 10 mins outside your window just to see what come up on the screen. They want to quickly scan what you have for sale.

As an Andrew Grant tenant of the last 12 months, Property Management (Chloe D in particular) have been fantastic. The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.
