1st Class help and support

Having begun our property sale journey with another agent who provided little support and promotion, we received a valuation from Kristina at Andrew Grant. We were made to feel reassured and more confident about our sale. Kristina provided regular updates and within a matter of weeks we received our acceptable offer. Throughout sale proceedings Kristina at Andrew Grant has gone above and beyond, supporting not only our sale but also acting for many of the other agents in the chain - Thank you :-) Our only disappointment was the lack of care and concern we received from Premier Property Lawyers (Andrew Grants Conveyencers) who 'misplaced' pieces of important documents, resulting in the delay of proceedings.

Professional and friendly service.

Andrew Grant Kidderminster sold our house within 6 weeks of it going on the market. The initial marketing was easy and quick and we were up and running in no time. The online "tracker" facility is a fantastic way to keep up to date with enquiries, viewings, interest etc throughout the sale. Unfortunately our original buyer had to pull out but our agent, Kristina Hawley, pushed on with marketing and generating interest and we had an second offer in no time! We pushed for a quick completion and amazingly...it happened seamlessly. All the staff seem to have a genuine personal interest in our sale so we felt in safe hands all the way through and knew we would achieve a sale quickly. A great branch of a great estate agent and my husband and I would highly recommend them.

I want everyone to look at these PHOTOGRAPHS I’ve attached to this post. This is our flat that we rent from Andrew Grant. Our flat is severely infested with dangerous black mould. I have a 6-month PREGNANT fiancée! Her doctor and midwife have informed us that it’s not safe for her or the baby to be exposed to mould spores. We have both developed severe coughs. After we’ve made numerous complaints over the months, our property manager and landlord have REFUSED to do anything and even blamed us for not keeping the heating on! Our heating is always on and we pay huge heating bills, as we can prove. I’m of course in contact with the relevant authorities over this as this flat is not safe to live in. I will also be contacting the Local Newspaper as the public need to know about this agency! I’m basically paying to live in a property that is hurting my health, my fiancée’s and my unborn child’s. The public have a right to know that Andrew Grant have no regard for their tenants and are purely concerned with grabbing their money. Simply, they’re Scammers. We’re a young couple, this is our first place we’ve lived in together and we feel like we’ve been bullied throughout our entire tenancy. No one should have to live in conditions like these, (see photos). Stay away from this scam agency.

This is absolutely disgusting! I have received similar treatment also involving harmfully black mould and a ceiling that caved in. Andrew grant finally pulled their finger out when I told them I would contacting the environmental health !!! Contact the relevant enforcement agencies and don't be intimidated by Andrew grant. They along with the landlord have legal responsibilities. Awful

Awful! Do not bother with these guys if you are a landlord. Our property was left in a complete shambles after the badly selected tenants were finally evicted. I would have thought a property agent would at least look out for your asset, and ensure the tenancy agreement was complied with, but not Andrew Grant. It would also be good if they could be honest about what services are actually included for the over-priced fees.

Great Service

We have received a great service from start to finish. Managed by Justin, the sale of our house has been straight forward. We have been kept informed throughout the whole process. It is worth mentioning that we were extremely happy with the quality of photographs taken to market our property. The house sold within one week! We would recommend the services of Andrew Grant to anyone looking to sell in Kidderminster.

Very good service would recommend

We used Andrew Grant to sell our home - having had a bad experience with another agent and was very pleased with their service! They have a professional, no pressure approach, which we appreciated. They fully explained all their costs and terms & conditions, so their were no nasty surprises. We chose to use their professional photographer to market our home which gave great results and portrayed the high quality finish that our home has. My only slight negative was after a couple of weeks of low interest I had to ask for our marketing to include a premium listing on Rightmove which they did straight away and resulted in successful sale.

Ways you can improve. 1) Stick to promoting properties you are selling on your Facebook page rather than pumpkins and medieval fayres. We should not have to ask you to promote our property. 2) Put adverts in your windows rather than display screens. No-one is going to stand around for 10 mins outside your window just to see what come up on the screen. They want to quickly scan what you have for sale.

As an Andrew Grant tenant of the last 12 months, Property Management (Chloe D in particular) have been fantastic. The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.

Rubbish! We are cash buyers that want to buy a house and rarely can they be bothered to pick up the phone. Very poor service indeed. Do not use these to sell a property or act as an agent for anything!!!
