View AgentsProperty unfit FOR move in, poor response from agent
No check in offered, had to fetch keys myself, incomplete set of keys provided, oven and shower filthy, no lighting in bathroom (transformer faulty, but told to bring my own lightbulbs!), shower leaking into kitchen, gas fire not working, boiler faulty. Little urgency from agent in fixing faults, and refusal to acknowledge any responsibility despite issues being noted on the inventory taken prior to the tenancy.

We collected the keys this morning. We had an issue with the radiator in the master bedroom. I spoke to Natasza and within a couple of hours an engineer was with us and had found a solution to which Natasza called to confirm, it is a breath of fresh air to have a good agent after the previous company we were with. Customer service has been excellent for me the staff are very friendly and look to solve a problem as efficiently and quick as possible. They never seem to ignore or divert a problem and will make sure you are as happy as you can be with the property you live in.
