We've rented properties (as tenants) through several different agents and Andrew Grant were definitely the best. Through the application process, moving in, living at the property and moving out, they - Chloe (from Worcester) and Ellie (from Solihull) - were professional, helpful and honest. We always leave houses in perfect condition and this was the first time we haven't had any frustrating squabbles about dirt/damage that was there before we moved in. I strongly believe that letting agents fees are far, far too high - it's outrageous that tenants should have to pay several hundred pounds to secure a property. Andrew Grant are unfortunately no exception to this. So I suppose we had paid a high price for the good service that we received!

Ms. Eaton was our contact person since we came to our current tenancy. In all dealings we had with her, she was always very polite, efficient and helpful. We hope she will never loose these qualities! 4 stars instead of 5, because there should always be room for improvement, but we did not find any fault in her professional conduct.

Chloe was more than helpful with maintenance issues that we had. She understood the issues we had and tried hurrying things along as much as it was possible from her side. Would definitely want her as our property manager again if we rented a property through Andrew Grant again.

I would highly recommend using Andrew Grant if you get an agent like Chloe working on your behalf. Chloe has been great and has made renewing our tenancy stress free. Throughout the tenancy Chloe has been on hand should we have any questions and has been quick and supportive with all her responses. Chloe has kept us informed and has been a pleasure to deal with. Needing a rental just weeks before Christmas, I found one with Andrew Grant, told them of my situation and they were straight on it, arranging viewings around my visits to the area, then getting reference checks and details done as quickly as possible, and it all went as smoothly as could be. I was in the door in no time at all, and throughout the entire process, the staff were informative, friendly and polite, a great experience.

I recently had to contact Andrew grant property services on a Saturday due to boiler issues. Three telephone calls and an answer machine later and I obtained a mobile number which, also went to answer phone. The message asked politely for my details where, within the hour someone would return my call. I waited patiently ........for 2 days before Monday morning came round and I was forced to spend the weekend without heating. Natalie answered on behalf of property services and, to her credit got everything instigated for a call out. In short, Natalie was brilliant but the out of hours support is a failure. Other dealings with Andrew Grant to date are fine.

We had an issue at the flat we rent, and Louise was excellent. She listened, communicated quickly and effectively, and helped us sort everything with our landlord much faster than we expected.
