GoogleDealing with Justin and Tonia based at Andrew Grant estate agent , has given me faith in human nature.During a very personal and emotional house sale the care ,communication and attention to detail has been second to none. I have to thank Tonia especially for the constant communication between us and the buyer has been something that she should be proud of.It doesn’t seem to happen much these days . GoogleI didnt expect Andrew Grant to get involved as much as they did. Without their constant chasing we would not have been able to complete in ample time. Louise was always available and would send routinely updates. Brilliant service.

GoogleThe Andrew Grant team = estate agency, but not as you know it! A totally refreshing approach that works. I’ve bought and sold houses over the years and never before had an experience like this. Highly highly recommended. Once you know Samuel, Tara and others in the team, you’ll never look back.

GoogleI've just bought a property via Andrew Grant, which should have been an easy purchase but which turned out to be very problematic due to emerging faults with the house. However the sales executive Samuel Lessor, backed up by Louise Jones, were fabulous throughout the whole process in attempting to unblock the sticking points. They were always available for help. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

She was especially helpful around the time of exchange, on the day of completion and after the sale was completed. Poppy was also helpful around the time of making a bid on the property and securing our successful bid.
