GoogleThe team at Andrew Grant were excellent and worth every penny. Initially we were not completely happy with the photographs taken of the garden and the team soon corrected that. It was at that time that a video of the property was suggested - this truly changed the game in our favour. All in all we were kept well-informed and the whole event ended as we hoped.

GoogleWe deal with the Worcester team on the letting side , Sharon and Will. The two are particularly responsive and helpful. Wills knowledge on the potential changing renting legislation is particularly impressive whilst Sharon takes great pride in dealing with urgent matters such as repairs in a very timely manner. We had a very difficult and complicated purchase but Andrew Grant were so professional and helpful throughout the whole process, in particular from Tonia in after sales she was absolutely amazing. Tonia went the extra mile to make sure the purchase completed, she always kept us informed every step of the way and always returned my phone calls very promptly. Properties can normally be found immediately by typing in their approximate location into the search filter on the properties for sale page. The issue you suffered has probably arisen due to a for sale board being erected before the property is ready for launch on our site. This is very rare but following your experience we are looking at a modification to our site that will allow us to provide a list of addresses that are about to be launched. GoogleI was very happy with the way Andrew Grant handled the sale of my property- they were always really responsive to calls etc, and handled marketing, viewing, negotiation on price and facilitating the legal process in a friendly and professional manner. They achieved a sale price considerably higher than I had anticipated, and higher than other local agents had suggested was achievable.

GoogleWe have just completed both a sale and a purchase with Andrew Grants and the whole team has been excellent. Justin was dealing with our sale and George our purchase and they’ve been great, even when our first purchase fell through because the vendor changed their mind about selling. So our home-moving adventure hasn’t been straightforward but they both have excellent support teams in the background (the unsung heroes) who have been great in keeping things moving forward and we’ve felt supported along the way. They have always been available - even out of hours and when on holiday - and have definitely gone the extra mile. The support and infrastructure is what sets them apart in my view but there is no doubt they know the market and area really well. They are thoroughly professional. We’ve used them previously and recommended Andrew Grants to our friends (who have all been delighted) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.
