Brilliant from start to finish!

We decided to go with Andrew Grant with both sale and purchase, and what a good choice that was! They were brilliant from start to finish and we couldn't fault them at all! During the process the communication was also very good and we never waited long for email replies etc. Everyone that we dealt with was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Although we had a very stressful moving day Andrew Grant did everything they could to help (even finding us another Van to use on the day at very short notice)! Very helpful in sorting out inherited problems with my rental propery

This was a PLJ tenancy taken over early 2016. Louise W. has been excellent in recommending and guiding the termination of the tenancy and assisting with the clear up operation for the outgoing tenant. As a result I am hopeful of securing a new tenant shortly having carried out extensive property renovation still underway. . There are difficulties to be overcome regarding tenants liabilities for the damage caused during occupation and Louise will hopefully be able to further guide me on the way forward. to recover the sums due.

Nothing was too much trouble

We had a most unusual property to sell and Jayne Bennett's advice in bringing it to market was invaluable. It went on the market in Jan-16 and a flurry of interest ensued, resulting in 2 offers, one risible and the other 'just' acceptable. We were having to wait for the buyer to sell before we could exchange contracts. After some time, we had a good discussion with Jayne and reduced our asking price. A new buyer emerged and, although the process was fraught with difficulty, completion eventually took place. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Fellows who unraveled a problem of the buyers' solicitor's making. Thanks for all your help.
