GoogleFollowing a family bereavement we had to sell a property. There were some difficult issues relating to neighbours. The Your Move Team could not have been more helpful and persevered through some challenging situations. We opted to use the online auction service and this worked very well. The in-house team including Medway Law were excellent and kept us supported and informed the whole time. We have greatly appreciated all the help they provided and are happy to recommend them to others.

GoogleI have used the team at Your Move Wallsend to sell two of my properties now which I also bought from them too. As a local property developer I have dealt with a lot of estate agents! I have spoken mostly with Sarah Thomas and Sarah Smith and have been impressed with the quality of service throughout. They know the local area well, have great communication and have a good understanding of the need for ensuring timely purchases and sales for an impatient property developer like me! After having been let down by another estate agent when trying to let out my property I turned to these guys. Everyone I have spoken to in the branch has been fantastic. Alex came initially to value the house and he was thorough and professional in his valuation He was fair and honest at all times We were very impressed that the girls in the office, Abi, Claire and Bridie all took the time to look round our house so that they knew what they were talking about to potential buyers. GoogleIf you're looking for a reliable, friendly and supportive local estate agent, I can't recommend Your Move Rowlands Gill enough! The service I have received so far has been amazing and I'm so glad I decided to work with the team in the Rowlands Gill branch. From the initial meeting with Alex, he was very informative and helpful in explaining the whole process and took great pictures of the house to market. I have had further support from Abi, Claire and Bridie and everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly, helpful and the communication has been great. Everything has gone very smoothly and they successfully found someone to buy my house within 5 days of it going on the market. This is the first time I have ever sold a property and the team have been so supportive and quick in getting back to me whether by phone or email answering any questions I have and keeping me up to date with progress. I would not hesitate in recommending to my friends and family and would definitely use again in the future. Good Afternoon Joshua, I am sorry that you feel Your Move have not been helpful in your request. As discussed on the telephone, we do have a minimum standard of condition that we require for our rental properties and unfortunately we cannot assist you with your request until this standard is met. I have provided you with a list of the relevant work required to the property for Your Move to assist you with renting the property, as/when this work is completed we will be more than happy to assist you in finding a tenant.
