GoogleAvoid at All Costs Absolutely terrible experience with Your Move Rowlands Gill. Communication is shockingly poor, getting a response out of them is like pulling teeth. Completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They even had the audacity to chase the tenant for rent that had already been paid. It’s clear there’s no proper governance or internal communication. Totally unprofessional and disorganised from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using them.

GoogleOutstanding Service from Start to Finish, Highly Recommend! After weeks on the market with another agent and little progress, I decided to switch to Your Move Rowland Gill, and I’m so glad I did. From day one, the experience was completely different. Gemma came out to value the property and was absolutely brilliant. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and gave solid advice on how best to market the house. I was so impressed that I instructed them there and then. I had a holiday booked the following week, which meant there was a slight delay in going live, my own doing! But while she was there, Gemma recorded a short “Coming Soon…” video for social media, which I wasn’t expecting. It got a lot of traction on Facebook and built great early interest. David then came to take the photos, and I have to say, he was excellent. The photos and video really showed the property at its best, they looked incredibly professional. The office team, Claire, Erin, and Ang, have been fantastic throughout. They kept in regular contact with calls and updates, and I received a weekly report with statistics from Rightmove, Your Move, and OnTheMarket. This level of communication was a welcome change from my previous agent. Within a couple of weeks, I had two viewings and received an offer which I’ve now accepted. And it hasn’t stopped there, the team are continuing to support me through the solicitor process too. Honestly, they’ve made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My only regret is not going to them sooner!

GoogleMy wife and I are purchasing a new home through Your Move Rowlands Gill, and the team could not be more helpful. I felt terrible informing Ang that I would be late to the viewing of the home we are now buying, as I was late leaving an appointment. However, she was very kind and volunteered to push this back a bit further. When we viewed the property, Ang was full of ideas of what we could do with the property. You know how estate agents often think things up on the hoof? Well this was not the case. Ang had clearly thought about what she was telling us, and it gave us some great ideas we will likely run with. Once we put in the offer, Erin was great with us. We did not hear from the sellers right away, as they were thinking long and hard about our offer, but Erin kept me informed all the time and helped me put my mind at rest when I began to worry. When the sellers gave them the good news, Erin was straight on the phone to me and I couldn't have been happier. Special shout-outs also go to Gemma and Claire, who were also incredible throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever move again, which I hopefully never will, I will be using them again
