My property at 9 Barrington Place, Gateshead had been on the market for almost a year and a half, with very little interest being shown. Within a few days Chris, Alex and the team had a steady stream of viewings coming through ... with a solid offer (now a completion) being made within 3 weeks. To cut long story short i got told i definitely had a mortgage through them and after 4 months of running round getting stuff for mortgage firm (who would say very little to me as i had to go through your move as they were sorting the mortgage!) Ended up getting refused and left approx £1200 out of pocket! After this experience i wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

Would recommend anyone looking to rent or buy/sell your home with these amazing guys. Such great customer service the whole time everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy and showed genuine interest in helping me.
