GoogleThe staff are initially professional and helpful, when you look to purchase if property through themselves. The sales information and photos were extremely poor. They soon become, complacent once the sale is going through. I would not recommend this company to buy or sell a property

GoogleCame to value my house, 45 minutes late for our appointment. Didn't leave any information about prices. Called the office 7 times and couldn't get through and when I eventually get through they cant give me information. Poor service

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted by the service I received. Never ever buy a property through this branch or your move. They've taken the side of the owner throughout the whole process. To say they were Unhelpful is an understatement. Was advised by your move from the beginning that everything inside the house is included in the price. Later seller asked additional money for the washing machine. Asked them to contact the owner and ask to remove rubbish from the property(which I believe is common sense) and cut grass before completion and was shouted at over the phone and asked to why the process is taking so long and that the owner is unhappy as they are still paying council tax. Was also advised that seller lives far away and can't help. Yet seller somehow managed to come over and recover washing machine from the property 3 days before completion. Never in my life anyone spoke to me over the phone in such tone and manner as the lady from your move and I wasn't even complaining only asking. In the end had to sort everything out myself. All your move was doing throughout the process was trying to push their own insurance policy with numerous nuisance calls. I understand that it is in the best interest of Your Move to sell the property asap but at the end of the day both buyer and seller are your clients. In addition to that the property had leaking roof which owner clearly attempted to conceal as can be seen from the pictures attached. It is more than likely that the agent was aware of that although they will probably deny.

Under the Estate Agency Act we have a legal obligation to represent our vendor and not the buyer of a property, so it is actually law that we take "the side of the owner throughout the process". As a buyer, you are a client to your solicitor and surveyor so the issue of the washing machine and rubbish should be raised with your solicitor and the roof with the surveyor who carried out the survey and has the responsibility of raising any potential issues with you. I can only apologise for the way that you were spoken to and we will endeavour to improve our service in light of your feedback. GoogleAll the staff at right move deserve a huge pat of the back for their professionalism, and how they deal with their customers. Ive now purchased 2 properties over the past decade through the company and have been very impressed by the help you receive and the low fees they demand. The building itself is located in the heart of Crawcrook and offers property for the surrounding villages. The staff are great in store and on visits. Would recommend you use right move as the transition is smooth from first looking at houses to the buying process, and you will not be disappointed
