GoogleI have telephoned the Chester le Street office of Your Move and several occasions and each time the staff have been extremely, polite, professional, informative and extremely helpful. I’ve met staff face to face when attending viewings and again, I cannot fault their service. I was so impressed that I decided to use their instate mortgage advisor and has offered the same professional service. I would recommend this Agent to friends and family and would not hesitate to use again. Many thanks to all staff.

GoogleThe team as a whole are as professional as they come. We experienced many hurdles to jump and being new to the sellers/buyers market they were there for us with advice and support. GoogleAbsolutely rubbish service. First property viewing no agent showed up - I waited twenty minutes. Another property advertised with them that I arranged to view (reluctantly because it was with this agency!!) No-one was home when we went round at our pre-arranged time. The third one (I know I should have given up then!!) We arrived to be told the property had been sold and the owner had instructed them to cancel our viewing which your move whickham hadn't bothered to do. Avoid this agency!

During the process there were many obstacles and issues, and Sharon Macfeggan, Sales Manager, was superb on every occasion. I cannot thank Sharon enough. She unfailingly provided me with regular updates. Every time the process stumbled she was immediately there with positive suggestions to progress the sale. Marvellous support.
