I've used Your Move twice now for the tenant find service. Abi, Bridie, Claire & Alex have been more than helpful providing regular updates and advice. Recently, they were notified by neighbours that the smoke alarms were going off in the vacant properly, as I was unable to attend due to work, Claire went up and rectified the problem. We recently purchased a property through this estate agents. Things unfortunately did not go smoothly (no reflection on the estate agent) and in all it took 6 months from the offer being accepted until completion. Throughout the process all the team we spoke to in the office were helpful, polite and understanding even when we were totally frustrated. We can't thank Sharon MacFeggan enough, when things got difficult and we were ready to pull out she was at the end of the phone. Sharon kept the whole thing on track liaising regularly with solicitors and updating us every week without fail. As we said to her when we finally collected our keys, she really went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate in using this estate agents in the future and we have definitely recommended them to family and friends.
