GoogleI cannot recommend Kremer Signs enough. We’re estate agents. Kremer make up our agency boards. For the first time, I thought I’d ask them to make up a development board for me. There’s now no going back! I dealt with Sam (Collins) who was 5⭐️herself! I gave Kremer 5⭐️s for efficiency, speed of draft turn round, speed of response & definitely for Sam’s manner, humour & professionalism! Thanks to you all at Kremer, but particularly Sam!

GoogleI have no hesitation in applauding the staff at Zest Property Group Bath. From the moment I viewed the rental property to the point of handover of keys, every assistance has been given with genuine care and without reservation I would 100% recommend looking to this company in the first instance. My experience has been that using a small company like Zest gives you a guaranteed reassuring service and I'd use them again without hesitation.

GoogleWasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!
We are sorry you feel this way, having reviewed the correspondence, we disagree, there was no legal or lender requirement for a DOV and after several weeks of no movement, the sale had to fall through which was disappointing for all. Best wishes from all at The Frost Partnership Estate Agents
