GoogleI've been using JLL for the last 5 years either buying, renting out and selling my property. The entire team always responsive, professional and helpful. Especially Sharan who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and updated in a timely manner. Even after the business was completed they still assisted me with details I needed when asked, which is more than I can say about other property related business's I've dealt with.

GoogleIn one of those almost unbelievable scenarios, I walked in on a whim for the first time in JLL’s Chelsea office on a Monday, was very welcome by Andrew and Lydia and by Wednesday lunchtime Lydia had produced a serious offer from a prospective tenant. Truly a record. I could not have been happier with Lydia’s professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and positivity. Everything progressed very correctly and quickly and and the tenants moved in less than two weeks later. My overall impression of JLL Chelsea is of a growing outfit where the accessibility and friendly immediacy of a small team operates within the legal, professional and ethical framework of a much larger company. Thank you Andrew and Lydia, excellent job.

GoogleMy experience with JLL has been superb! From start to finish I have received continuous support in finding the most perfect property in London. Moving from a small town in Blackpool to the big city was a huge lifestyle change for me! However, JLL has guided me through this process 100% with kindness and positivity. When I met with Amie, one of the agents from JLL, she was a true delight to deal with! And she has made this moving house process so easy. GoogleOur Winslow home had been listed for some months with another estate agent, with very little outcome. We decided to switch to Wilkinsons and things then moved quite quickly. The sales process was completed painlessly and without any major problems. We would definitely use Wilkinsons again.

GoogleWilkinson’s is a story of two halves. The first half, namely Susan & Catherine are very pleasant and helpful and were supportive throughout a difficult house purchase. However a lot of this was spoilt by the complete lack of customer care and attention by their colleague Andy. Twice we visited their agency and on both occasions it felt like we were intruding. On today’s occasion it was to pick up the keys for our new home. Not only was there absolutely no welcome, there was also no care and consideration that this should have been a special and exciting moment for us. Andy did not know the keys were ready for release. This I could forgive if he had offered us a seat, maybe a coffee and warm welcome and assurance that he would resolve it. But no. We got ignored, we got to hear him being very rude and leaving a rude and abrupt message for Catherine. Once he’d decided he would release the keys we got stomping about the office whilst he searched for them, only to find they were already on his desk. I’ve had better experiences buying a coffee! I left this review on their Facebook page with 3 stars, thinking that someone might have been in touch, but we’ve heard nothing until today when they emailed to ask if we would leave a review. Because of this I’ve downgraded to 2 stars. If we ever come to sell I wouldn’t use this agency.

GoogleAfter a few disappointments along the way we finally moved to Winslow with the help of Wilkinsons. Catherine in particular has been wonderful throughout the process. Nothing has been too much trouble, even though the commission may be heading to another agent, which is a shame. The care with which she goes about her job is admirable. If other agents showed half the dedication as her, the industry would be looked on with a lot more favour than it is. With thanks Steve and Lindsey Herbert

GoogleOver the past few months we ve been working closely with Alex Galvin from Jll Greenwich whilst looking to buy a flat. From the beginning, he has been a proper professional, very reliable, trustworthy, and honest. He kept an excellent communication level throughout the process even when things didnt go as expected with the purchase process. He would always reply back to our questions and requests in a timely manner if not even earlier than expected, even on his leave days! We trully appreciated his efforts and his dedication to making things work for us through this process. We would highly recommend Alex and Jll Greenwich!
