GoogleI feel very lucky to have met Tianne and her team at JLL. As a first-year international undergraduate student, I was not very familiar with the rental process in the UK, and the timing this year was especially stressful. I received my university results in August and had to find accommodation before my course started, so I had only about one month to arrange everything.
Tianne and the JLL team helped me secure a lovely flat, which is only about a 20-minute walk from my university. The rent and guarantor arrangements were also very reasonable and affordable for me.
I counted that we exchanged more than 40 emails throughout the rental process! Today, I have finally completed all the documents and booked my key collection.
I have to say how impressed I have been by the efficiency, patience and professionalism of Tianne and her team. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for me and were always helpful throughout the whole process.
I will definitely continue to work with JLL for my accommodation needs in the coming academic years.

He was very communicative and very helpful when it came to handeling resources and explaining legalities when it comes to the tenancy agreement and also regarding the gurantor!
