View AgentsOutstanding proactive end to end service
Dealt with Charlotte Russell from well before completion to the point at which the tenant was in situ. Extremely personable and professional, Charlotte exudes and inspires confidence and delivers on her promises. Very comfortable to be guided by her professional opinion as always felt she had our best interests at heart and was not just trying to get a deal done. Good business sense and very practical.

From our first meeting with Charlotte Russell we felt totally at ease about leaving our new flat in JLL very capable hands to deal with the letting.. They are extremely helpful, give a quick response to any questions and very professional. We feel assured that ourselves as landlords and our new tenants are in safe hands.

View AgentsProfessional & Trust worthy property manager
Pui Hung has provided the most professional property management service to me over the past many years. I know I can always count on her to look after my property. She communicates clearly and provides her professional advice wherever required. With Pui managing my property, I knew I could have peace of mind.

View AgentsJLL has been very professional, efficient and effective.
We have appreciated JLL's professionalism in finding a tenant but also in helping us with various issues relating to the developer before handover of the flat (new build). All staff have been very helpful.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
