We had a brilliant experience with Tommie from start to finish. He helped us find our new apartment at Chelsea Riverview and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. Tommie really understood what we were looking for, was always quick to respond and kept us updated throughout. He was helpful without ever being pushy, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. We’re really happy with the apartment and couldn’t recommend Tommie highly enough. I have worked with Paramount for around three and a half years, initially through the letting and management of my flat, and more recently through the sale process which has just successfully exchanged. I particularly want to thank Jamie, who worked extremely hard during what became quite a stressful and complicated transaction. Throughout the final stages of the sale he remained proactive, responsive and persistent in keeping communication moving between all parties, helping to resolve issues quickly and pushing matters forward when things became difficult or delayed. Managing a property remotely from overseas is never easy, but Jamie’s support and availability throughout the process were genuinely appreciated. Spencer and more recently Alessandro have been excellent in managing my properties. Alessandro was responsive and very knowledgeable. A fantastic person to have on the team. Paramount is an extremely friendly, personable agency. Not only did they find me the perfect flat and helped me through the process of buying it, but they also put me in touch with their residential refurbishment company which offered excellent support with number of small jobs. A special shout-out to Reuben who rescued me when I had managed to lock myself in, and to Danny from Wizard Electric who often works with Paramount and really is a wizard when comes solving any kind of problem with lighting and electricity. He literally made the new flat shine, and created amazing solutions even for tricky problems. And he helped me put together a dining table - just as an extra!

We first approached Frosts in October 2025 and it was clear from the start that they were the agent for us. A personal and family friendly approach.
