GoogleWe asked Frost's to value our house in Chesham in 2015. Jacqui provided us with professional, friendly advice and gave us a realistic figure. We proceeded with the sale and can honestly say they more than achieved the guide price. We had several offers and the process was well handled by all the staff at Chesham. Pleased to say the right buyer was found and we completed our move to Devon all in the space of about 3 months. Only negative was the conveyancer recommended, who provided us with a poor service. I would definitely recommend Frost's at Chesham and would have given 5 stars but for the conveyancer.

From viewings to making offers to dealing with solicitors and completion her approach is slick and seamless and makes purchasing a property stress and hassle free. I would recommend Sharan to purchase or sell a property worthy of six stars.

GoogleI recently moved into an apartment that is managed by JLL, which meant I dealt a lot with the Leeds office. It was an absolute pleasure! From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but still very personable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but also made sure all of my questions were answered, and that everything ‘businessy’ was taken care of quickly and completely. Everything was very thorough, but never felt complicated; a very seamless and painless experience. I know that estate/letting agents get a bad rap a lot of the time, but working with JLL Leeds was a complete breath of fresh air, mainly due to the staff. Everyone was fantastic. My entire experience of JLL has been great, and I will probably always try to get places through them where possible.

GoogleI've had dealings with a few estate agents in the city centre now and JLL are the best by a distance. Always keep to appointments, honest opinions and friendly. I bought my apartment through JLL and now I'm about to sell with them due to the positive all-round experience.
