GoogleI've had dealings with a few estate agents in the city centre now and JLL are the best by a distance. Always keep to appointments, honest opinions and friendly. I bought my apartment through JLL and now I'm about to sell with them due to the positive all-round experience.

GoogleCote, Bampton, house sale I live in London now, and there has been several thousand pounds worth of work required at the property all organised by Abbey, and performed by local tradesmen they recommended. The tradesmen worked to a good price and professional standard. Damian and Rebecca have been especially helpful and assisted with the sale of the property, in every way possible. GoogleI have been a Landlord with Mann Countrywide for some years now. I have found over the past couple of years the team to be friendly, and professional. They have let my properties in a timely mannor with minimal disruption and voids with the rental income. The Branch Manager is understanding of my needs, the administration team are efficient, and any quiries are answered in a timely mannor. My properties are fully managed, the property manager is dedicated, and turns round maintenace issues in a swiftly, timely mannor. She is professional, helpful, and keeps me updated on the progress of the works. The rent is paid on time, and should there have been any late rental payments they are fast to act to retrieve the rent. I would highly recommend the Canterbury lettings department of Mann Countrywide to any potential landlords, or tenants and I look forward to many more years with them managing my properties. A very happy landlord

GoogleOne very satisfied tenant. Our boiler died leaving us with no hot water or heating. With in a week the new system had been ordered and installed and the contractors stayed until late so as we had hot water for our children's bath. Cannot fault the service provided by Mann and Co Canterbury. Keep up the good work
