Looking for a new home, I collaborated with the JLL Real Estate for which Mr. George Reeves served me. The same day I called, I made an appointment to see the apartment, in which Mr. Reeves with a smile and friendly service showed me around, he gave me the time I wanted to see everything thoroughly. The next day, my offer followed, which was accepted in 1 day and after the credit check. During this entire time, Mr. Reeves was by my side, helping me and answering every question I had, so that quickly, in less than 3 days, everything was finished. The help you'll have from the real estate agency throughout the entire period from the day you see an apartment until the time the process is completed and the contracts are signed is very important, and JLL but especially Mr. George Reeves were impeccable and I recommend everyone to work with them.

Ayesha was absolutely fabulous. She arranged multiple viewings in the building we wanted, and even organised a viewing for us on a day she wasn't available herself. When teething issues came up with the contract, both Ayesha and JLL stepped in to make sure everything went smoothly. Renting in London is always stressful, but renting via a company like JLL is worth it. It probably costs a little more, but the relief of knowing you're dealing with true professionals more than makes up for it.

Adam and Helene from JLL helped us find a flat in London. We were very happy with their work, they guided us very well throughout the whole process. They helped us pro-actively and our questions were answered very quickly and in a solution-orientated way. We can recommend Adam and Helene without reservation. Should we ever look for a new flat, we will do it with them again. Update: When we moved out after a year, things unfortunately didn’t go so well with JLL. When we moved in, we had a property manager from JLL who was excellent and very communicative. Unfortunately, he was replaced and we were assigned a new property manager, who was simply a complete disaster. When we moved out after a year, he made false accusations against us, used the wrong move-in report (not the most recent one), claimed that we had caused damage to the flat and that mattresses and other items were missing. He clearly wanted extra money from us. We were then able to prove to him, via emails with the previous property manager and photos, that his claims were untrue. Even then, he simply said, ‘Well, in that case, we’ll just have to take it to the arbitration board.’ Wow. Well, it wasn’t Adam or Helen’s fault directly, but the two of them clearly didn’t really stand up for us with the new property manager within JLL either. So, overall, a mixed picture.

Brought my first property from Wilkinson. Before I brought a property from Wilkinson. I was viewing loads of houses and none were meeting my criteria. When I come across the property In Wilkinson and did the viewing with Joe, it was a great experience and helps with any questions and answers all. I was struggling to get the contracts exchanged, Joe again gave my solicitors a push to have it quickly done, thanks to him everything happened fast. Joe assisted me from start to finish in selling my home in Whitchurch. He valued my home, gave brilliant feedback in regards to completing a few tweaks prior to putting the house on the market which was very helpful and advice I wished for. Joe has provided prompt updates throughout the process from viewing requests & feedback, to the sales progression which was so reassuring and chased solicitors when needed without hesitation or prompting.
