This was my place of work up until Christmas and the build was OK but very corporate. They have got some nice area like the hospitality on the first floor but the rest is mostly white and very uninteresting. Also they is a such a lack of setting, you did have to arrive around 730 in the morning to be guaranteed a seat. Most of the time I sat 3 to a desk which was not good.

We have had problems with our house since moving in 4 months ago. Firstly when we moved to the house it was filthy everywhere and rubbish all over the place and mound growing in some places. The TV that came with the house was broken when we arrived despite them promising to fix it multiple times. The shower was leaking through the roof which seems to be the only thing which they have fixed. The downstairs shower is still leaking and the handles which were blu taced on have now also came off. We have rang multiple times and they always say they will call back later that day but are yet to actually ever do this. Edit: The house was far from a little dusty when we moved in. There was things left over such as wooden and stone slabs which had to be removed by your contractor (so I don't know how you can say it was just a little dusty), rubbish under tarpaulin and filthy stained bed covers and matress left behind. We never even had outside bins when we moved into the house and had to wait over 2 months for these to be supplied. We have tried being very patient waiting over 4 months for these problems to be resolved. You did come to view the property and my housemate was told here that the problems would be fixed within a week; since then we have been calling for updates but are constantly being told we would get a call back within an hour but this 'call back' has literally never happened.

David Mills was such a saviour from the very beginning! Being a young family moving from Sydney to London, he made the transition as easy as possible. He was so efficient and reliable, always following through with keeping in contact. Marta then took over our contract and she has also been fabulous to deal with, sorting out any minor issues we have had with our flat asap. Excellent Service Provided by the team

I am a relocation agent and work for Dwellworks. This was a slightly unusual homesearch in that my clients ended up sourcing the property through a friend of a friend - therefore I didn't secure the property for them and negotiations had already been completed before I was involved. I got involved once the offer on the property was accepted. David who was my first contact at the agent and was extremely helpful and sympathetic towards my clients situation as they had some paperwork / visa issues which could have easily meant that they lost the property - however, this wasn't the case and David worked hard to ensure that this didn't happen in a relaxed and professional manner to make me and my client feel at ease and more relaxed about the situation. He went over and above in dealing with my clients requests and ensured that they were all agreed to by the landlord. My second contact was Amie. Again, she went over and above in her level of service ensuring that all the paperwork and the lease process went smoothly. Again, she went the extra mile to ensure that all my clients demands and questions were answered. It was a real pleasure working with them both and the agents as a whole. It was quite a 'stressful' homesearch at points and they both definitely made it easier! Thank you!
