Fast, professional service - delighted!

Being the reluctant land lady that I am, trying to find new tenants always fills me with 'the fear'! I need not have worried this time. The team at JLL Blackheath found me not 1, not 2 but 3 viable tenants who all offered the asking price on the flat, all I had to do was chose which one to take (all professional couples) & Hayley took care of the rest of the negotiations ensuring minimal void & maximum peace of mind. Last year , untill I meet with JLL Canarywarf, I had to spend 3 months to be able to find a flat. And after meeting with them it took only 1 week to find a perfect place and move into it. Especially Joanna Ludlow was amazingly helpful. Rather than a rental agency she made me feel like I am searching the flat my best friend who understands and takes care of my needs.
