Buying a house can be a stressful process, but the team was there for us every step of the way. The entire journey took around three months, and throughout that time they were always professional, responsive, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we had.
What really stood out was the personal touch and care they showed. We were also incredibly grateful for the lovely welcome package of sweets and the helpful vouchers and discounts for setting up our new home. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made moving into our first house even more special.

GoogleI recently sold my late mum’s property through this estate agency, and from the very first call the team were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and helpful. Although everyone I dealt with was professional and welcoming, Kate was my main point of contact and she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process.
Given the sensitive nature of the sale, Kate handled everything with genuine care and understanding. She kept me fully informed at every stage, always taking the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and I never once felt left in the dark.
