Great client service

Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

professional and transparent.

Dealing with WA Ellis and in particular Daniel Wiggins was refreshing in comparison to your standard Estate Agent. Daniel was extremely helpful and I always knew what to expect next. I felt that nothing was too much trouble and he certainly helped in securing the purchase of an apartment. I would certainly recommend Daniel and WA Ellis.
