Alessandra and Hanan were extremely helpful and professional throughout our apartment rental agreement. Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests. Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

A horrible experience for the whole year that I was a Tennant. Extremely slow to do repairs. Very pro-landlord, and anti-tenant. I once did not have hot water for a whole month, and they didn't do much except keep following up with the landlord who was happily taking advantage. They should have rules for emergency problems but they didn't. They didn't fix my flush issue for two weeks - get this - it was not working THE DAY I MOVED IN. So they clearly had not done a due diligence that was very diligent. Exploitative! So, yeah, try not to take your tenancy from them. There were some nice staff members who tried to help but I think the whole ethos of the company overpowers what one or two staff members can do.

Adnan was an amazing help throughout the flat buying process!! As a first time buyer I had very little understanding of the process of buying a flat- Adnan was so helpful and took the time to help me understand each step. The process was made more challenging due to the seller being international which introduced time differences and language barriers. Adnan continued to go over an above to efficiently resolve issues which inevitably arose. I really appreciated his continuous communication to keep me informed of progress! Not all estate agents would take the time in the last few weeks of the sale to text updates everyday. Overall it was a fantastic experience! I have been dealing with JLL for about 10 years now. They are simply excellent! While being on a long business trip to another country I needed to find an agent who would take away the headache of dealing with renting out, taking care of tenant’s issues, if any, running the property in between tenants, etc - all of that from far away.
