Our highly-capable and respected team has the ability and experience to act on a wide range of properties as part of the residential office network across London, major UK cities and across the world accessing buyers and tenants from the widest possible geography. Woodberry Down is a growing new build development on the banks of the East and West reservoirs, with Tube and Rail stations both within walking distance. As a growing community it is becoming more and more popular as people come to see the assets on offer here. The East reservoir incorporates Woodberry Wetlands, having been closed for 200 years to the public, the site has recently re-opened to the public and will be offering courses and training, workshops, yoga and Tai Chi within the natural settings of the nature reserve. The West reservoir is somewhat more active with the old water works buildings housing a sailing centre, wild swimming, a café and a climbing centre. There are also two parks in close proximity (Finsbury and Clisshold) as well as a large gym on Woodberry Down and swimming facilities retail centre on Green Lanes. The developer, Berkeley Homes are also actively creating a community here with events and 'meet & greets' throughout the year, we have seen; open air movie nights, big screen airings of the Wimbledon finals, a Christmas fete and a small summer festival thus far. Also as part of the ongoing lifestyle creation there are large areas of the development ear-marked for public gardens and a site upon which there area plans for weekly, open air markets. For shopping we currently have a small supermarket, an organic grocer (another larger supermarket will be opening soon, no brand decided yet, Berkeley still talking to Sainsbury, can we edit this at the last minute or change once it's open) a post office, newsagent, licensed café and beautician with a branded supermarket 'local' opening as well as a delicatessen. The apartments offer high spec living in a peaceful location, all apartments benefit from concierge service 24/7 and some have resident's facilities such as swimming pool, gym and spa.

GoogleHanan Qassem at JLL Woodberry is a first-rate professional with an extensive knowledge of the estate. Our recent letting was done super quick and perfectly; she has immediately supplied expertise and contacts to resolve any maintenance or logistical problems that a tenant, owner or landlord may experience. Moreover, she is friendly and genuine which is welcome in a commercial environment and I have been pleased to receive immediate and helpful replies to my enquiries as a landlord concerned about anything. My tenants also speak highly of her. JLL have organised six lettings for me over the years and all have them have been done in an exemplary way.

GoogleHanan, Kelly and the team and JLL have consistently neglected to action repairs to our flat, which we have been in for 9 months. - The ventilation has not worked since arrival + the exterior windows / doors leak water, causing mould problems around the flat (some pictures attached). - The fridge was out of order for 3-4 months before being replaced. - The bath has been out of order since day 1. - The place was absolutely filthy on arrival. If you are going to use this team then I suggest putting detailed items in your contract describing any maintenance that needs actioning prior to moving in. Don't take their word for it.

GoogleWhen looking to buy in Greenwich, we viewed a number of properties with Michael and Sam, and they stood out for being so helpful, honest and intelligent. They listened to what we were looking for, and really got it. They are obviously knowledgeable about the area and the different developments and we learned a lot from them that helped in our search. When on the fence about viewing properties, we tended to go for it with JLL where we wouldn't with other agencies, because we knew it would be a good experience with either of them.

GoogleExtremely poor property management by JLL. Our dishwasher stopped working on 4 December 2025. JLL arranged for a contractor to attend on 9 December 2025. During that visit, the engineer caused physical damage to the cupboard (photo attached) and significantly damaged the wall around the electrical socket, leaving the back-box exposed (photo attached). This created a clear electrical safety concern in the kitchen, particularly given the socket’s proximity to the stove and exposure to liquids and cooking oils. We reported the damage immediately with photographic evidence and followed up multiple times. Both JLL and the contractor acknowledged the issue and confirmed the wall and socket would be properly repaired. A repair was eventually carried out on 10 January 2026, over a month after the damage was first reported. However, the work was completed to an extremely poor standard, leaving the wall uneven, visibly damaged, and unfinished (photo attached). As of 7 June 2026, more than six months later, this has still not been properly rectified. On 2 June 2026, we also reported that the living room window lock is broken. As of today, there has been no response or update. JLL are highly responsive when it comes to rent reminders or scheduling inspections, but significantly less responsive when tenants report maintenance issues affecting safety and day-to-day living conditions. This imbalance in responsiveness and the lack of accountability for poor workmanship is unacceptable and does not reflect an adequate standard of property management.
