JLL, in particular Joanna Chamiola Phillips and Keelie Field, provided an excellent service in securing of a tenant. They were very customer focused in keeping me well informed and notified at every step in the process and always responded to any questions that I had, via email and WhatsApp. They were incredibly professional in bringing everything together in incredibly short period of time, and suffice to say, I cannot thank them enough for their time and service.

Couldn’t have done any better. Keelie was great. She organised and booked in lots of viewing, put no pressure on us whatsoever and couldn’t have done anymore to make the move easier. Joanna was great at getting us ready for the move and coordinating every required, even booking us a parking spot. Great service from both, will make sure I use JLL again because of them

Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

Staff were very experienced and diligent making sure we had all the information to make the right choices first time. They responded very quickly and ensured there were no delays on either side when getting the transactions completed, everyone was very professional throughout and it was all really easy and trouble free. We took an apartment in a lovely brand-new development in Battersea, Keelie Field helped with our tenancy arrangements from start to finish - and is still providing an extremely brilliant service. She is the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough and committed Lettings Agent we have dealt with over the course of the last 20 years! I found an excellent flat through JLL Stratford. I would like to especially thank Kiko Panadero and Liga Pare. They were very helpful during the whole renting process! They answered all the questions, clarified all my concerns. They found a flat that suits my preferences perfectly and helped to sign the Tenancy Agreement and move in 1 week. I would highly recommend JLL Stratford!!!

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. They were knowledgable about the area and always happy to answer any questions I had both via email and telephone. Can’t thank Charlotte and Kiko enough for bringing everything together at incredibly short notice and getting my tenancy over the line with two incredible tenants. Very very pleased and can’t recommend them enough.

Moving house is apparently in the top 3 most stressful events in life, however this certainly was not my experience with JLL's help. Finding the right property in this area is not usually easy, I had been working with multiple different agencies for a month with no success before I contacted Ayesha at JLL; quickly things changed I was viewing the type of properties I was looking for.. All of the information required was provided, my questions were answered and the process ran very smoothly. I would recommend Ayesha at JLL Canary Wharf to anyone looking to move in to the area.
