GoogleJust bought our second family home where we will be bringing up our little boy. We were hesitant to buy through auction however I couldn’t recommend it enough! GoogleToday, 8 months after I withdrew my land from sale I received an email telling my they will charge me should I sell the land within the next 12 months! They couldn't even be bothered to reply to my many emails in Oct 2025 when they supposedly ' sold ' my land for an agreed price, then came back telling me the " buyer " had reduced the agreed sale price by a large amount. This company are a total nightmare. There is no way I could recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe engaged with Jon to sell our property after he showed us round a property we saw online. We made the decision to go on the market and Jon quickly arranged all that was required to do just that. Throughout the whole process Jon was on the ball liaising with the other Agents involved, their progress chasers and indeed Solicitors. Eventually we got over the line but it has to be said Jon was the major driving force behind it. Fantastic Agent, first class swift communication and a very nice chap as well.

GoogleWe can’t thank Jon enough for everything he did to help us complete our house purchase. Even though he wasn’t actually our estate agent, he went above and beyond to help keep the whole chain moving and support our sellers’ purchase. Throughout what was a very stressful process, Jon was always proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things over the line. With our mortgage offer close to expiring, time was running out, and without his determination and hard work, we honestly don’t think we’d be sitting in our new home today. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his communication and willingness to help made such a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. Thank you, Jon, we’re incredibly grateful for everything you did and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile.

She was incredibly professional and efficient in helping us move, and offered sound practical advice throughout the whole process, which we appreciated as first time buyers. If we were to deal with Curchods again, we would definitely ask for Kat as she just made the process feel so smooth!

GoogleI was delighted to choose Curchods in Guildford as my estate agent. I have used Curchods before and have always received an excellent service. We want to mention Kat Mroz in particular. Her friendly and encouraging demeanor spilled over into her professionalism when selling our house. She is an excellent communicator and moved fast to keep the sale 'on track' when required. GoogleKate has been fantastic throughout my house purchase. As a first time buyer, my nerves were high but Kate’s communication throughout was fantastic. The team at Curchods were so accommodating with viewings, allowing me to visit the property with my family. She gave me updates before even my solicitor had reached out and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Her responses were swift and I will 100% be coming back to Curchods in the future. GoogleI couldn’t recommend Curchods enough. The whole office were brilliant in keeping us informed throughout the process of selling our home. Hayley in particular was diligent and provided regular updates which made us feel more at ease through what could have been a very stressful process.

GoogleIf I could give higher than a 5 I would. Bluebells have been consistently friendly and helpful since the first enquiry I made. They have often had to answer my long list of questions and even if they were not sure they would always come back to me after looking into it. I had some uncomfortable and pressured experiences with other estate agents and my experience with Bluebells was the complete opposite. They are patient, warm and I felt they genuinely wanted what was right for me rather than pushing for a sale. You can tell this is a well built establishment from its foundations. Whilst everyone we spoke with was warm and supportive, I have to especially thank Debbie K for her hard work and support throughout the entire process. She truly was only ever a phone call or email away and I genuinely felt that she was so pleased for us in our journey. The reassurance she often gave us was priceless. Also, Alison was the exact person you would want to do viewings with. She understood what we were after and didn’t waste our time. The whole team were fantastic. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe could not be happier. Louisa at Curchods Walton- on-Thames has been wonderful to deal with whilst letting our property for us. She has found wonderful tenants and was always on the front foot for us. Louisa kept us involved every step of the way and went above and beyond ensuring everything was in order how and when it should be in regards to our property and the contract side. I am so thankful we found her. Migle has been managing our property and the relationship between tenant and owner and has done this with complete professionalism. We are very lucky to have such a fabulous team from Curchods.

GoogleWe recently bought a rental property in the local area and because we live overseas we needed someone responsive and trustworthy to find tenants and manage the property for us. Louisa was fantastic from start to finish. The purchase took longer than expected but she was patient and walked us through each step thoroughly and found wonderful long term tenants for us.
