GoogleJust wanted to share the 5 star experience myself and my partner received from Lucy and Madeline. After our first property fell through we were quite traumatised to be dealing with Estate agents. Lucy was more than professional keeping us updated throughout ensuring we were well informed. Even after we’ve moved in Lucy checked in with us and suggested works to the landlord to ensure the property was perfectly suited to our needs! Highly recommended

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive and genuinely supportive, always going above and beyond. Their attention to detail and level of care really sets them apart. GoogleWe are very happy with the service from Caroline and the team at Churchods Godalming. We really love our new house, and Caroline was very helpful throughout the whole process. She kept us updated throughout and was always on top of everything. Communication was really good, and she was always quick to reply. She even replied to our email while she was on holiday. GoogleThanks Curchods! Liese was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Buying our first home was a stressful journey with plenty of ups and downs, and she made all the difference. Her professionalism was matched by real warmth and patience, she never once made us feel like a bother, no matter how many questions we had. Whenever something came up, and plenty did, she always found a way to sort it and keep things moving. More than that, she genuinely cared. There were moments where I was anxious and overwhelmed, and Liese had a way of calming me down and reassuring me that we'd get there. And we did. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through buying our first home. Thank you, Liese, for everything. Highly, highly recommend.

GoogleCurchods (Esher) have been nothing short of fantastic throughout our sale from listing and viewings through to exchange. Alice (Senior Negotiator) in particular showed exceptional dynamism in her role, pairing calmness with proactivity to make things happen. Our sale was part of a much longer chain and had a number of complexities that needed to be managed both upwards and downwards, Alice had a bias to action that was essential and she did everything that she could to alleviate the stress from both us and our buyers, stepping in when needed and providing relevant and regular updates throughout. We genuinely felt like she was in our corner, supporting the transaction and providing pragmatism where this was needed. We genuinely feel that anyone who works with Alice and the team at Curchods in Esher is in very safe hands. Our thanks to the whole team.

GoogleHayley, Townley, Graham and the team did a fantastic job in pricing, marketing, and successfully and quickly selling our house. They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service. Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. She was incredibly quick to contact my landlord to discuss the possibility of me leaving my tenancy early and has been so efficient in getting the process of remarketing the property moving quickly. Lucy has been friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout, making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.
