GoogleMy experience with CJ hole I've been a landlord for about 15 years I was born in Bristol I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and letting company's In the last year I tried cj hole Bishopston for renting some flats that I have in Bristol because I had a lot of trouble with my last agent. I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.

My first point of contact was George Mawer, who handled the initial discussions and valuations with great professionalism and fairness. My Sales Progressor was Kim Hopgood, who showed amazing patience and good humour in all stages of the various negotations, taking each hurdle in her highly professional stride. I always felt that Kim was fighting my corner, and I had every faith in her capability to resolve any issues as they arose (which she always did - thanks Kim). I subsequently recommended CJ Hole to my Mother who sold her house through them, again with minimal stress. Everyone in the CJ Hole office was really on the ball and seemed to know who I was whenever I rang; messages were always passed on efficiently, and calls were promptly returned. Thank you CJ Hole for taking the stress out of selling my house.

Holly Boulton and Rachel Godwin have been helpful, approachable and professional at all times. Rachel quickly found me a tenant and as it as a new build, Holly promptly assisted me in getting the house ready for the tenants. The lawn was laid, curtain poles, blinds and a TV aerial and extra point were installed. Communications were smooth and every question I asked was dealt with immediately. I am 100% satisfied.

When looking for a property with CJ Hole they was very helpful and keen to get us in to a 2 bedroom house with our dog which we was finding difficult as most properties wont allow pets. However on completing our details and being up front and honest that one of us had bad credit but we could provide references from previous landlords and proof that none of the credit history was related to payment of rent and we also had a guarantor, we found Rachel's snooty attitude was vile and unacceptable upon calling us back to tell us that CJ Hole will never take us on and would not help us to get a property. She told us that it was really bad and that basically we would struggle for other agencies to touch us, she made us feel like a second class citizen. We both had a sleepless night feeling that we was going to end up on the street. However thank god there are actual decent people in the world because the very next day we spoke to *another agencies who told us that was rubbish and that it is down to the landlord to turn down offers not them. We have now found ourselves the VERY next day with **another agent who have found us a lovely 2 bed cottage accepted our guarantor and references and treated us with respect. We both work hard in full time employment pay our way in life and do not expect to be treated so badly from an individual because of our bad circumstances, and to say we would struggle to find somewhere well the next day we did with a cheaper deposit and a lovely modern cottage. So thank you for making us feel like crap but at least we found a decent agency now, every cloud and all that....
I am sorry that you feel this way. When I spoke to you the morning after you had viewed the property and given us your offer details, I explained the implications that your adverse credit agreement would have on your ability to pass referencing with us and to be accepted by a potential Landlord. I also said that adverse credit was not uncommon and offered you advice on how you may be able to proceed in order for you and your partner to move. I gave you the best advice that I was able to under the circumstances which you explained to me. I am sorry that you felt you had been treated badly in anyway, that was certainly not ever my intention.

GoogleI have been using CJ Hole Westbury for the management of my rental property for the past 6 months, and they have been nothing but great. They are always quick to respond and keep me updated at all times. I know that both my property and tenants are being looked after by the best in the business, Baker, Kat and Kelly have been efficient, professional and friendly and I couldn’t have instructed a better team. I'd also like to add that Baker has been exceptionally good in helping me solve any issues I have had with my property. These guys really are great and get a thumbs up from me.

GoogleCharlotte has been helpful and has clarified all of my queries when asked to. Charlotte has been appreciative of my concerns (some contractual concerns) and has communicated these with the landlord efficiently. My only comment is about the process, which is removed from Charlotte, but I've found that it's extremely bureaucratic.
