By not living in Bristol I have only met Andy who was brilliant in explaining and guiding me through the sale of my late sister's house without advising, leaving the decisions to be made by me. It was the first time I had dealt with a sale. All of the others I dealt with over the phone and with. emails were very friendly and helpful and answered my queries promptly. I was always updated. From the initial consultation with Emily, I felt that the sale was in safe hands . Other other estate agents who came to view the flat seemed to be more promoting their own agenda. But CJ Hole felt more focused on helping me navigate the process of sale. They also found a buyer within weeks and at a fair price given the difficult market at present. We had a really positive experience selling our late grandmother’s home through CJ Hole, Bishopston. From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and clearly very experienced. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the photos that Andy took, they really showcased the property beautifully and helped generate interest early on. Andy was also excellent when it came to negotiating with prospective buyers, keeping me informed and working hard to secure a good outcome. Karly was great as well. Her liaison with the buyer and their solicitors was incredibly helpful in keeping everything moving and making sure the sale progressed efficiently. Sophia was not only punctual and welcoming; she is also one of the most knowledgeable estate agents we've encountered. More often than not, we've been accompanied to viewings by professionals who have been unable to answer quite basic questions about probably the most momentous purchase anyone undertakes. I’m looking forward to my new home on Monday. This is my first experience renting with a guarantor, and I must say the process was quite rigorous, but I should mention that the staff were very helpful. At no point did they make me feel that I would not be successful in my application. Despite the long wait, I am finally ready to move in as I anticipated. I was warmly welcomed at the offices when I needed more clarification, and I felt truly listened to. More like zero star! Arrogant Rafal of CJ Hole money grabbing unhelpful piece of work. Very quick at pointing out faults some of which were there before we moved in….i.e blue tac on kitchen wall. Funny, when you need him in the freezing cold, and the water and heating go on a Friday night his answer FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE…contact the emergency plumber, who would not do anything until the Tuesday, then it goes again after supposedly being repaired. Funny when rent needs to be paid there is no delay grabbing that! When we moved in we pointed out things were unfinished this fell on deaf ears. He made us weed the driveway but guess what there were no garden tools supplied, so had to go and buy some, not good for a student budget! It was also suggested that we get a cleaner that they recommended, with whom I got in contact with after many attempts who said they would get back to me. After two weeks of no contact and me calling every day, they finally got in touch with me and told me Rafal said we no longer needed her. Definitely does not view students the same as private tenants!

Initial experience was buying from CJ Hole, and they were great at chasing me on sales progression, keeping the chain together etc! When I first viewed the property, he was very prompt at getting back to me with precise answers to any questions I had.
