Bought our first property through CJ Hole and the process with them was relatively straightforward. First, we had our viewings with Keiran and found our house. He was polite and very communicative, never left me waiting for a response. He arranged a few more viewings for us whilst we were sorting out the legal bits and another lady who works part time (forgot her name) sometimes did the viewing. Both were polite, gave us all the info they had and didn't rush us when viewing our house. Once we had moved along more into the process, we worked with Karly who actually seemed to know what was happening more than our solicitor at times. She kept me informed, was very communicative and helped chase those who needed to be chased in the end so we could complete before Xmas. We even got a bottle of prosecco in the end when collecting the key. We weren't expecting it all and really appreciate the gesture, thank you! Very thoughtful. Sorry we are unable to return the gesture, but we hope this review makes you feel appreciated.

I have been living in a property managed by CJ Hole for 5 years. The property itself is great (and we think the landlord is sound although we have never met them). However, CJ Hole have been consistently horrible at communicating and solving maintenance requests. All projects are done cheaply and have led to more maintenance needing done. They demand things of us rather than collaborating with us, particularly on property inspections and contract renewals. It feels as if they don't consider this our living environment, but rather just a means to profit. Capitalism shocker.

I just sorted out my student property for the following year with CJ Hole, Lewis was the first member of the team we were in touch with, he viewed the property with us and helped us through all the paperwork. He was incredibly lovely and so extremely helpful with any questions we had and was at the other end of the phone whenever we needed him! They regularly updated us with progress; helped with any queries we may have and were very supportive during a very anxious time as we were moving home after being in our property for over 25 years. They were always professional; extremely efficient but always friendly. When phoning the office if the person we needed to speak to was not available the person taking the call would always do their best to assist but if they couldnt the message got passed on very quickly.
