Try to avoid this agency. Terrible communication or no communication once contract is signed. We rented student accommodation in Bristol. When I drop off my daughter I was shocked to see how disgusting the place was. Before renting out agent reassured it would be deep cleaned. But the place was not cleaned at all. There were dead flies in hall, corridor. The kitchen was in disgusting condition, everything was sticky, fridge was extremly dirty. Bathroom with mold, shower was disgusting. My daughter loathed to shower and store her food in a fridge. Place is tottaly antisanitar. All six students along with some guarantees emailed with concerns. But no one reacted. We called but no one answered our calls. However they were proactive when they tried to let by. Terrible branch, management are not interested at all in their reputation. We are not asking to go extra mile, we just asked for accommodation to be clean. It's a bare minimun and goes without saying.

Beware landlords. Unprofessional management here will mess up your world. Harry says he's the head of marketing, yet he and his team dropped the ball. My rental house was not advertised as promised. Despite a trail of emails that showed the incompetence, Harry blamed his team and gave poor advice on how to get tenants. No thanks.

GoogleI would like to thank CJHole, Westbury on Trym team, for selling my home in April this year. I was impressed with how well organised the sale was carried out and all the viewings too. I was guided through the whole process with weekly telephone calls giving me updates and helpful advice on the progress of the sale, making it as stress free as it could possibly be. I would heartily recommend them!

GoogleWe recently went for a viewing with Cerys, who was really helpful in answering our questions. We had a minor issue in entering the property and really appreciated both Cerys and Hannah spending the extra time and effort to help with our viewing, especially at the end of the day. One viewing needed to be rescheduled and which was done quickly and organised for the next day! I spoke to Lauren on the phone about the next steps and her guidance has really helped us out.

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at C J Hole (Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym). They sold our mother’s property in a very reasonable amount of time, even though the house being a Laing Easiform construction. Daniel the initial estimator was very clear in advising you through the sale process and valuation of the property, organised great photos, with an honest, yet excellent, description. Lorraine who took over the sales process was very good in corresponding at all points during the sale, and communicating between the buyer and legal teams on both sides. Everyone at C J Hole is courteous and responds promptly to any queries or concerns. I cannot recommend this team enough. If I was selling or buying a property in Bristol then this is the team I would use. Thank you, you are all amazing.

GoogleEveryone that we interfaced/worked with at CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym was extremely polite, knew their job, and most importantly efficient and professional. The communications from everyone was excellent, always prompt and concise. Our sale was completed within 3 months, and I have to call out the efforts of Lorraine Banbury (Senior Sales Progressor) who was key in making this happen. Definitely highly recommend!

GoogleLet people in your property without first contacting you. Zero chain of command. And take weeks to respond to your emails if you’re lucky. I’ve been told a handful of times after trying to get in touch with them that I will be called back promptly and still nothing. Terribly managed.

GoogleI needed accommodation while staying in Bristol. CJ Hole were quick to respond and supported me with a stable living space. I ended up renting for 3 years and over that time they helped and assisted with many of my queries - as well as sharing advice on my tenancy rights.
