I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I really can't fault the process of buying with this branch of CJ Hole - in particular, Julie, who was our sales progressor and was great at communicating between ourselves and the seller, with genuine warmth aswell. I think we only ever hear the bad with estate agents, but Julie made the process smooth and easy and dispelled any worries I had about the process. Thanks so much Julie!

I can strongly recommend CJHole, Downend. Due to the state of the market it took an extended period of time to sell my proprty. However, throughout the whole time David Whitmee and his team acted with great professionalism, friendly, courteous and realistic! Once the sale had been agreed Julie Davis took over the process as my Sales Progressor. I was sceptical about the role but within our first phone I realised I was wrong. Julie is a force of nature and drove the sale forward despite the procrastination of some of the parties involved. Overall, a strong professional team - they have my gratitude and my thanks!

I bought my house 10 months ago through CJ hole, all the process was smooth and clean. But the house they sold to me is not that good as they said. Their description about the house was quite interested, posted old pics in the add. After living in the house I started to notice the problems, this house is just decorated for selling. Paints starting peel off, cracks, bad roof etc.. I am not done a proper survey on this house. I just believed the agent. Agent is not for the buyer, they are for the seller..
