MADE AN ELDERLY LADY SLEEP ON THE FLOOR OF HER HOUSE! Tim was extremely rude and unhelpful to the point of nearly breaking the chain!! He could not be bothered to try and manage a very simple task of helping customers move their belongings out of the house so the new owners (an elderly lady with her dogs) could move in. Instead, he forced her (the elderly lady) to move her items into storage (added expense) AND sleep on the floor of her old house (after having a hip operation that year!!) because she couldnt find a dog friendly hotel in time!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with him and how he treated my mother!

I would like to thank the staff at CJHole Hucclecote branch for their professionalism and incredible patience during the selling of my property. From the very beginning, they have been extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Tim valued the property sensibly and this really helped with viewings. I loved the use of the 360 degree camera to show off my property to its full potential. Sadly, I had a very long winded journey from first putting my house on the market to actual completion. Each member of staff were really helpful and answered my frequent questions. They gave me sound advice during every step of the process. I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

The team came across as really kind and helpful at first. Unfortunately, they had advertised the property with an appliance that wasn’t actually included( I still have the advertise). On the first day of my tenancy, I asked about it, and the agent admitted the mistake, apologized, and said she’d help me sort it out. But once the manager got involved, things took a turn. She was quite dismissive, saying it wasn’t their problem and that I’d have to deal directly with the landlord. That was frustrating, especially since it was them who advertised the property, showed it to me, and even confirmed the appliance when I asked. The whole situation left a really unpleasant impression, and honestly, I don’t feel I can trust what they say anymore. If you’re dealing with them, I’d recommend getting everything confirmed in writing. Still, I do wish them the best moving forward.

Worst estate agent in the area. You could potentially get a more positive response if the property you are selling is expensive, you may then see more of their top selling charm. However, I rang CJ Hole alongside two other estate agents for my elderly parents who are selling their retirement flat. The person who came to value the property from CJ Hole kept putting the time of the appointment back last minute. When he turned up he didn’t apologise for the delay, didn’t seem interested (bordering on rude to my parents, unfortunately I couldn’t make that valuation) and was gone within minutes. He still hasn’t got back in contact with my parents with a value or the cost of their services, they haven’t heard anything. My Mum is still recovering from injury and doesn’t really want people in the house so to have someone rude felt uncomfortable for them. I’ve tried contacting CJ Hole since but there is never an answer.

I bought, let and eventually sold my property all through CJ Hole - Hucculecote and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Tim and his team were professional and thorough throughout the duration of its let and sound advice has always been on hand when needed with regards to market value, finding suitable tenants and any rental changes. I always felt like my property was in trustworthy hands. My sale proved to be particularly challenging but Becky and Emma were especially fantastic. They remained on the ball and maintained communication with me throughout the process.
