View AgentsFantastic estate agents
I bought, let and eventually sold my property all through CJ Hole - Hucculecote and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Tim and his team were professional and thorough throughout the duration of its let and sound advice has always been on hand when needed with regards to market value, finding suitable tenants and any rental changes. I always felt like my property was in trustworthy hands.
My sale proved to be particularly challenging but Becky and Emma were especially fantastic. They remained on the ball and maintained communication with me throughout the process. Having experienced both sides of their business I would highly recommend and trust CJ Hole for both lettings and sales to anyone in the area.
A huge thanks to you all!!

View AgentsQuick to get property on the market
We recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

He immediately saw the potential of the property, his valuation was spot-on, he knew exactly the sort of buyer it would appeal to. We had an offer within a week and they saw the whole process through calmly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

View AgentsSold way above the asking price as Tim said I would.
Special mention to Emma and Danielle who went way above and beyond to help me through the whole process. Without these two professionals keeping me constantly updated and delivering everything they promised, the whole thing would have been 1000 times more stressful.
They are a credit to the industry.
Thank you so much.
