GoogleWe recently sold our house through CJHole. From first contact we found them to be very professional and organised (unlike other local agents), with Tim coming out to value our property. Our house sold within the first week of marketing and the conversations we have had with Tim and his staff throughout the process have always been professional and friendly. We started the process of renting a house or an apartment with them and it two weeks or less from viewing to moving in. Shelly Lewis and her colleagues demonstrated high level commitment and dedication to work. Their approach and feedback is topnotch. GoogleWe used C J Hole, as we had purchased the property through them 7 years ago, for our elderly parents and it was great to have a local agent, who were familiar with the area. From the first contact, their service was excellent, professional and friendly. They gave us advice and tips throughout the process. We luckily sold quickly and the whole sales process was easy and took the pressure off us. They also provided a shoulder to cry on, as had just experienced a death and did not really want to sell the property. They kept in touch with us throughout and it was great to be able to just pop in for a chat, or get documents copied. The whole team were fabulous throughout, from first valuation to completion.
