Claire & her team are amazing! They went above and beyond to help us through a very stressful house move. They are so friendly, professional and helpful. Claire did more than an estate agent should normally do to get our purchase through. She worked on her days off, from home, contacting people for us that she didn’t have to do, all to help us! CJ Hole Hucclecote were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my purchase of a house. They continued to speak to all the parties involved when the solicotors on both sides had appeared to forget they were being paid to do a job, and they updated me regularly on every aspect of the purchase. At times it was just good to have someone to talk to who I really felt was on my side, despite them not being paid anything by me as I was not the vendor.

GoogleI started a tenency just as Claire was taking over CJHole. There were some issues that came from cross wires due to the take over ( NOT Claire or her staffs fault ) that needed resolving . Claire and her staff have been 100% in getting everything done down to the last detail. They are approachable at any time, always friendly, always return calls or emails and most of all, always get things done. I cannot fault them. I highly recommend CJHole now, with Claire and her staff you can't go wrong.

From the moment I entered their office I was made to feel like a welcome and valued client . The entire team have been professional and efficient at all times. They are very prompt when dealing with any issues that arise and keep me fully informed . I also receive regular updates on any general information relating to property rental. I am so pleased I chose C J Hole and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleTook 7 months to find a buyer for my flat in the quays. Had to drop the price by 5% below the lowest value that I had been recommended by CJ Hole. The buyer then messed me around for 4 months as he was on a chain that kept falling through. In the end I swapped for Naylor Powell who found me a buyer the same day I met the agent. We completed 7 weeks later selling at a higher price. Oh, and the solicitor that CJ Hole recommended had a cyber attack that brought their IT system down so I had to swap solicitor too... Nice enough people in the office but not good enough I'm afraid.NegativeQuality
