Ian Salter, the Sales Manager who conducted my property’s market appraisal after I viewed a property with him listed by CJ Hole, was most helpful and friendly and gave excellent advice. I was about to take my property (listed with a different agent) off the market and switch to CJ Hole on the basis of this advice when I received an offer I was able to accept - so in the end the switch was not necessary. However, if anything goes awry with the sale, requiring me to re market my property (fingers crossed this will not happen!) I would not hesitate to go with CJ Hole in future. The advice I received from Ian was, I believe, instrumental in helping me to achieve a sale (albeit before any switch occurred); hence, based on this, I would trust that he and CJ Hole would provide me with excellent service should I request this at any time. As a family, we have recently sold our deceased's mother's bungalow through C J Hole. We were unlucky that it took 3 attempts to get us over line for a sale and through no fault of the estate agents was a massive emotional roller coaster for the family. However, the 3rd potential sale of the property was successful and this was all down to the continued hard work and dedication of the staff from the Weston-super-Mare branch. They were extremely kind in a very delicate situation. A special mention has to be made to Kate who worked so hard to achieve the sale. Her skills and dedication in securing the sale of the bungalow was second to none. Without her knowledge and professionalism in securing the sale we would still be emotionally suffering. We now have closure on an extremely sad time. We would like to thank C J Hole in helping us through this difficult time and would have no hesitation in securing their services again or recommending them to anyone in the future. When we decided to sell our property, we had a few agents over to the house to get a feel for what they could offer. We had already found a property to buy and had an offer accepted, so we needed to act quickly. Isaac was fantastic, from the first day we met him right through to completion. His communication was excellent, and we had frequent updates from him. He exceeded our expectations and kept us feeling positive throughout the journey, which always feels like a rollercoaster of emotions!!
