After an initial consultation with Peter Grieve who put us completely at ease we were looked after by Sam Siviter. I can't speak highly enough of Sam. We were having to manage the sale from 250 miles away so communication needed to be good... and it was! The property had tenants in it and they needed sensitive handling, Sam was very adept at this. Unfortunately the solicitors (of both parties involved in the transaction) weren't so on the ball and Sam again was supportive and assertive in getting them back on task in meeting deadlines. I would definitely recommend this company and hold them in high regard for the professionalism, diligence and really good communication. Also they managed to get pretty much the asking price!
