A lifelong Bristolian, Chris is passionate about property and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) as well as an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS). The team is being led by Ben Clarke, who has lived in Weston-super-Mare for half a decade. allAgentsVery poor an unprofessional
Very poor an unprofessional people No communication...made numerous calls and emails but hardly you see a response from them especially when there is only 2 people working and they have a tiny office of a size of a nest. BEN who is one of the agents is very rude and unprofessional , he started swearing at me over the phone and lost his cool and hang the phone up... Please avoid them at all cost,,,they are the worst in all aspects.. Fake promises,...unprofessional attitude and rude staff, I wonder who is the owner of this company and how is this operating...

GoogleAs a estate agent, I must say CJ Hole has an excellent service. I am looking to buy an investment property and deal with several estate agents locally because the housing market is so hot now therefore some agents not really care about the buyers. But CJ hole team is very patient friendly happy to help.They are well professional and provided the best acknowledgment to help, deal with the seller and answer my questions pretty quick. I am very satisfied with CJ Hole and highly recommend!
