Chris & Gareth were very professional, friendly & patient with us in selling our late parents’ house. It was a bumpy journey in that we had to wait for probate then Deputyship, then our mother sadly passed away too, the list goes on & on but both Chris & Gareth were our rock! Our purchasers were patient too & waited, & waited… As soon as Gareth came to value the house I was at ease with him, he wasn’t pushy, no pressure. Just genuine interest & honesty from them all the whole way. Their advice on our asking price was spot on too, we had a couple of viewings before we had our firm offer, very soon, it was quick. Consequently I now recommend CJ Hole to everybody!

I have been very impressed with the way CJ Hole have handled our Son’s recent house sale. They have been very professional throughout and their customer service has been excellent. A special thank you to Georgina for guiding us through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always available to answer any questions. Her regular updates were invaluable and she was constantly chasing up the buyers and their solicitors and estate agents. She was extremely knowledgable, polite, friendly, charming and courteous and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her and the rest of the team.

We have been dealing with CJ Hole for over 4 years, as we first rented out our house, and then sold it very recently. Throughout the rental time, Emma has been our go to person. In spite of the fact we live abroad, Emma has always been very responsive to emails, even with the 5 hour time difference. Emma helped us through a challenging time in the pandemic, and has been at our side throughout. When it came to the sale, we met Cassia back in November 2021, and she has been nothing but professional. Although we have never met in person given we are in Canada, her emails and calls have always been really warm and friendly, and I found her super easy to deal with. Cassia's enthusiasm for her job was very evident, and right up to the point of completion last week, Cassia was by our side every step of the way. I'd highly recommend CJ Hole, Worcester. recently made our first purchase through CJ Hole and can emphatically say they are by far the best estate agents in worcester. We had been house hunting for our first time home for 3 years and had dealt with pretty much all estate agents before finding a property through these guys that we liked. They were not pushy (like some we had dealt with) Gave us time to look around without time limits, were completely professional, worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure everything ran smoothly. I recently sold my large 5 bedroom detached property near Earles Croome/Besford in Worcestershire through CJ Hole. As a creative designer this property was likely to be a ‘marmite’ property as it was very eclectic in design and not your average style or staged house. I had used it for photo shoots and as a staging tool for interior design concepts. This combined with the location and price point meant that I knew it might take a while to find the right buyer. I met with a number of estate agents to understand what each one offered in terms of fees, marketing material etc. Although the valuations were varied and CJ Hole were at the more accessible price point, I knew what I was willing to sell the house for and what I wasn’t and they went along with my preference. Their fees were competitive and their services and total package seemed for me and the house, to be the best fit. After a few viewings feedback was positive but no firm offers, but only after a short time my representative senior estate agent Gareth Pegg had an offer on the table, following some fairly swift negotiation, a price was agreed. To cut a long story short I moved out of the property approximately 12 weeks later. I have to say that Gareth was absolutely excellent, he seeks to achieve a win win outcome for all parties involved, is communicative and stays on top of the sale, so that you always feel prioritised no matter how many properties he may be dealing with. Having health issues Gareth was extremely sensitive and took great care to manage the level of stress placed on me at all times. In short he was fantastic. Estate agents get given a poor reputation but someone with so much integrity and duty of care to his clients negates any such preconceived notions I may have had. As well as Gareth there are indeed other members of the team including Cassia and Chris with whom I had direct contact. They were as equally on the ball, helpful and always followed through, they were also very conscious not to stress me out and to support me through a difficult and challenging time. So their support combined with Gareth meant an amazing team to work with. I cannot recommend CJ Hole Worcester enough. Thankyou to Gareth and the team for an outstanding job and for selling my house at a price that was acceptable to all parties, to a family I knew would fit in with the neighbours and take care of what had been a wonderful home/sanctuary not just a house, I knew they would love and cherish it as I had done. Shockingly bad. Christopher was over familiar and at times very patronising . He did not effectively vet prospective buyers and clearly doesn’t understand the words ‘offers over’. The whole impression was cheap car salesman rather than professional agent. This seems to be quite standard across the industry though.

CJ Hole were great in helping us with both the sale and purchase of our homes (and they are good value). James was great when he valued our property and was prompt in communication with us. We also met Peter at a viewing who was very positive and keen to help us secure the home we wanted. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the purchase of our new property took a number of months and during this time we were contacted by a number of different negotiators (most recently though we spoke to Simon). Earlier on in the process we felt that we didn't always know who to expect when they called or when we called them and this (at times) caused some confusion about where we were in the process. Other than that, we are grateful to them for getting things sorted for us and we got the keys to our new home the week before Christmas :)
