Our case was a tricky one to say the least and throughout what was a very stressful journey, we were kept well informed daily (which really is important) and met with nothing less than compassion and understanding on those days that were incredibly stressful. It’s really all you ask for when you spending the most amount of money that you have in your life! I honestly feel we couldn’t have made our happy home move a reality without her support.

Overall our experience with CJ Hole was a very positive one. Matthew Waidson in particular was extremely helpful. From his warm and friendly welcome when we first viewed our new home with him, and throughout the entire process, we cannot fault his professionalism and helpfulness. The main reassurance was that he was on the end of the phone/email whenever we had a question and always endeavoured to resolve our queries in a timely fashion. The only fault with the process (this did not involve Matthew) was that on the day of completion, we were told by a different staff member that we could collect the keys of our new property from CJ Hole at around 11 in the morning. We had been told that completion would probably happen no later than midday so we were chuffed! However, on pulling onto our new drive, we discovered the vendors still emptying the property. This then lead to a few hours of us waiting and on a phone call to CJ Hole we were told that we legally owned the property and the particular staff member did not appear to be aware that the vendors had not yet vacated. He did however give them a phone call to hurry the process along. This caused unnecessary stress on what was a very poignant and exciting day for us. However, it all worked out in the end, and we are very happy. As mentioned before, the overall service was absolutely fantastic.
Many thanks for your comments and we hope you have settled in to your new home. it is our duty to call buyers following authorisation that keys can be released however as experienced with this transaction our vendors did require a little longer before they could vacate. it is never our intention to cause an inconvenience or stress. FacebookTotally faultless service from James and Matt at CJ Hole. We had a last minute rush to get our house on the market and sold as we’d fallen in love with our dream home. James came to visit us on a Tuesday after a phone call first thing that morning and then came back after 5pm to collect the keys and do the room measurements following our instruction for the sale. They arranged our first viewing within 3 days and prior to the property being put online, followed by a few more viewings over the following couple of days and within a week our house was sold. There are now 3 other properties for sale with them on the same estate following our sale which I think speaks volumes! I would highly recommend CJ Hole to anyone looking to sell.
