GoogleGreat experience with CJ Hole - we were buying a property that they were selling and throughout the whole process they were brilliant. Chris was great at getting our situation across to the sellers which meant they accepted our offer, and particular thanks to Cassia who was just brilliant in the later stages of the house buying process. She was always so positive despite the inevitable stresses and bumps that come with buying a property, and was always incredibly efficient and responsive when we needed to chat. Having dealt with a few estate agents in Worcester, CJ Hole were absolutely the best we've encountered so thank you.

GoogleWe didn’t sell with CJ HOLE, but we bought VIA them! We bought a house in Worcester and it got very messy with solicitors towards the end, HOWEVER a massive shout out to Cassia for being a superstar, she chased up everything for us and helped us massively, 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleExtremely disappointed. Viewed a property with CJ Hole, lost the property by 1k Few months later property is back on the market, they didnt even have the courtesy to contact me as I was one of the highest bidder. Instead put the property live and sold it to someone else. I called them and asked why? They sounded very cold to me. These sales people are all the same, your best friends when they want your business. Anyways they definitely have lost my trust from them, and my portfolio.

GoogleIf you're buying from CJ Hole I think you'll have a better experience than selling with them. They weren't very proactive with our sale, it took ages to sell when every other property on our estate were going fast. At some viewings the agent had to leave as he'd booked at another property. In the end we basically sold our property, as agent left us to show them around and do the 'sales pitch'. Did feel throughout the sale process they were siding more with the buyer than looking after our interest. Add insult to injury on the day of completion they wanted us to take the keys to their office as they were all 'busy'.

GoogleI was very impressed from the moment James came to the house for the valuation and was very enthusiastic and professional and CJ Hole immediately became my first choice of Estate Agents. Jacob was put in charge of my sale and and was friendly and confident that my house would sell quickly.....Jacob pulled out all the stops and I could not quite believe it when the house sold in 24 hours with a number of offers being placed on the property and I was delighted. The rest of the sales process went as smoothly as it possibly could and when there was a slight delay with my solicitor, Jacob instantly stepped in to help and resolved the issue. He kept me informed of every step and I believe without him the sale would not have been so smooth and stress free. Thank you all to CJ Hole and especially Jacob....you were fantastic. GoogleWe have just completed on our house in Worcester. This was the first time we were in a chain, selling and buying. From viewing the property through to completion the team were fantastic at CJ Hole. Everyone went out of their way to help us reach completion. Unfortunately the process became a little tricky owing to some issues with our vendors - without Cassia's excellent service we may not have completed prior to stamp duty reduction, or at all. Cassia really is a fantastic member of staff who has chased everything, kept us constantly updated and honestly maintained our sanity! Could not recommend buying with them enough! GoogleI saw a house on rightmove just being listed and CJ Hole arranged a viewing on the next day cosidering we had to travel from Birmingham and the very short notice of the appointment. James and the team were very efficient in dealing with purchasing the property and delt with putting an offer to the vendor and listing it as SSTC within hours.
