Fantastic service from CJ Hole- The team at Kingswood are 10/10 both with knowledge and personality- From the moment they came to do the valuation we knew the right choice had been made and we wouldn't be looking elsewhere. We are a long way from the end of the process, but I feel comfortable knowing I have a great agency to guide along the way and push it all forward. EDIT 22/03- The sale has now completed and my initial feelings of CJ hole remain completely accurate- Kerry is an absolute asset to the team and was invaluable in helping keep the process moving, going as far as offering advice on our onwards purchase which was causing a few hold ups (not purchased through CJ hole). Our overall process start to end was under 4 months and this absolutely wouldn't have been possible without Kerry and the rest of the CJ hole team working as hard as they did. Thank you all!

CJ Hole in Kingswood took over selling our house when another Estate Agent had failed to sell it for 4 months. They sold our house in 3 days for the most we’d ever had offered. Everything went through so smoothly, they have a Sale Progressor (Kerry) who headed up communications between Solicitors and made sure everything stayed on track with our sale and purchase. They couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging viewings and re-viewings and offering us support calls as we were burned from our previous experience. Lois was absolutely amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. Would (and have) recommended them to everyone. Thanks so much!

We choose the CJ Hole Kingswood branch to value our property after having a number of recommendations. Donna came to value our home and what a lovely, knowledgeable and professional lady she was. I recently sold my house with CJ Hole Kingswood, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and proactive. The initial valuation was thorough, with a clear explanation of market trends and realistic expectations. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed with regular updates, which helped manage my expectations and reduced stress. I had previously used CJ Hole’s lettings service and was already familiar with their high standards, but this was my first experience with their sales team. I was just as impressed. They handled all viewings seamlessly, notifying me in advance and managing them independently, which was incredibly convenient. Their marketing efforts were extensive, ensuring my property had great exposure. The sale itself was handled extremely well, but a special mention must go to Kerry Ray, who managed the sales progression. Kerry was an unexpected bonus who made the entire process wonderful. She went above and beyond to keep everything on track, liaising with my solicitors, the buyer’s solicitors, and even the solicitors further down the chain when complications arose. The sale was delayed due to issues with my buyer’s buyer, who was selling a flat (which involved extra legal red tape). Without Kerry’s persistence, regular communication, and problem-solving, I might have pulled out of the sale altogether. She provided weekly phone updates, regular emails, and constant reassurance, answering every question promptly and thoroughly. I have always been impressed with CJ Hole’s professionalism, industry knowledge, and dedication, and this experience confirmed that their sales service is just as strong as their lettings. The service I received was well worth the commission, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to both buyers and sellers. Beyond their exceptional property services, CJ Hole has also been involved in delivering aid to Ukraine since the start of the war, which is a true testament to their company ethos. I would highly recommend CJ Hole Kingswood for the sale of your house. From our first encounter with CJ hole at valuation, through to the viewings and then sales progression the team were all fantastic. We had our house valued at the end of September and we're in our new house by early Feb and this largely goes down to Kerry in the sales progression team. We had fairly unresponsive estate agents on our purchase side, and kerry helped us moved the other estate agents along to ensure a quick turnaround as both us and our buyer were up against stamp duty increases and wanted to complete ASAP.
