My partner and I rented a property in Bristol from January 2021 until July 2026 and have recently completed our end-of-tenancy checkout with CJ Hole Bradley Stoke, and we cannot recommend their brilliant lettings team highly enough. We'd like to thank Karen Rupprecht, Nikki Breese and the rest of the property management team for the outstanding service we received from them over the tenancy period. Communication was excellent throughout our entire tenancy, particularly regarding the coordination of our four-times-yearly inspection visits and whenever the team visited the property, they were always incredibly professional, polite, and respectful of our home. During our stay, they were incredibly efficient and proactive at handling any maintenance repairs. To top it off, our complete deposit was returned very quickly and without any hassle at the end. It is refreshing to find a local lettings agent that treats tenants with such a high level of respect and genuine care. Thank you all for making our experience so positive!

We recently went for a viewing with Cerys, who was really helpful in answering our questions. We had a minor issue in entering the property and really appreciated both Cerys and Hannah spending the extra time and effort to help with our viewing, especially at the end of the day. One viewing needed to be rescheduled and which was done quickly and organised for the next day! I spoke to Lauren on the phone about the next steps and her guidance has really helped us out.

We recently purchased a property through CJ Hole and had the pleasure of dealing with Ian throughout the process. Ian was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was proactive in pursuing our enquiries, kept us updated regularly, and was always available to offer advice and guidance whenever we needed it. C J Hole have managed rental properties for us for nearly 15 years. Throughout that time the service has been amazing…from vetting prospective tenants, quarterly inspections and providing clear & concise feedback on the subsequent reports and sorting all maintenance problems promptly. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with whatever the scenario and a special mention to Karen, George, Nikki and Abbigail(sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone). I must also mention the sales team who have sold a few properties for us over the years…recent interactions with Ian & Jacob have been fab, both of them providing sound advice in a professional and friendly manner. Fantastic teams on both sales and lettings…I wouldn’t use any other agent…keep up the excellent work guys.

A really good experience with CJ Hole from the start when I moved to the area when liaising with George and Corey. Inspections every 3 months have been the most consistent I have ever had with a letting agent. Another shout out to George who helped me out with a boiler issue the other day and offered to come over and take a look (calling me when I was looking under the boiler watching a YouTube video on how to fix the issue!) and kindly talked me through it which was extremely kind. This is the worst real estate company I have ever used. The maintenance representative is completely comfortable lying. We have been told for a week that 'our kitchen will be fixed tomorrow, you can buy groceries', but no one has shown up. They said ' it's definitely fixed until Tuesday.', but today is Wednesday. Of course, they won't apologize for this. On the contrary, they're telling me not to be angry. They say they aren't lying, but I can't see how this isn't a lie. Basically, it's impossible to have a conversation. I wasted so much time.
