I just sold my flat through Justin at C J Hole and found the process of valuing and getting on the market easy and had good communication with regards to viewings and offers. Unfortunately my buyer picked a very bad solicitor who it was very hard to communicate with and rooms weeks to reply but Justin was amazing at keeping both parties updated where he could. I recently sold a property through CJ Hole and they were brilliant throughout the process. I looked at several estate agents, but when Justin arrived to value the property he had obviously done his homework! He was informative, friendly and professional, and offered a very competitive rate - CJ Hole were the obvious choice to be honest. The sales process thereafter was efficient and we had the house on the market and viewings sorted within two weeks. Luckily we were able to accept an offer quickly and the sales progression was also straightforward. Annabel, who worked on the sales progression, was outstanding. Difficult personal circumstances were handled with tact and professionalism, and I felt really reassured that my onward details were kept confidential. The whole team were so kind and supportive and made the process straightforward. I really appreciate all their hard work and professional attitudes, but perhaps even more their kindness and sensitivity with what might have otherwise been a really difficult personal situation. All members of their team were quick to respond and even managed to save my skin by letting me have my spare keys back when I managed to lock myself out of the house (thank you so much Andy!!) It was great to do viewings with Ryan from CJ hole.
