The franchise owner is life-long Bristolian Chris Hill; he's a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), and runs a total of seven offices in the Bristol area. GoogleI have dealt with estate agents previously and have not had the best experiences. I have to say my experience buying with Cj Hole Redfield has been a dream! Everyone has been so communicative and friendly, just wanting the best for us. I’d like to give a special thank you to Justin and Annabel, both of them have been fantastic! Justin went over and above, I cannot thank him enough!! His response was timely and gave us some great suggestions for services as we’re not from the area. Annabel was kind, efficient and incredibly helpful! Exactly what I wanted out of an estate agent, they have restored my faith! I will definitely be using Cj Hole again and I hope both Justin and Annabel still work at the branch if/when I sell! They are both assets to the team. Thank you Cj Hole and team!

GoogleI dealt with Justin Withers for an evaluation on my home. I was very impressed by his warm and upbeat attitude. He also did a lot of background research and came prepared with printouts which we very much appreciated. Furthermore, my dog and daughter wouldn’t leave him alone, which is a good sign! Hope to deal with Justin going forward when we decide to sell.

Justin and Ryan couldn’t have been any more helpful if they had tried . I made several calls to them throughout the process and they always put me at ease with everything I had asked them . GoogleBarry Williams delivered for me where so many other brokers failed or simply didn’t try. My circumstances were unusual and difficult, and despite what I had been told by my previous brokers (that securing a proper decision in principle would be impossible at present) he was able to prove them wrong and get me an agreement from Barclays. Throughout the process he was communicative, happy to field questions and never made a promise he didn’t keep. I would heartily recommend him to anyone seeking a mortgage, but especially to anyone who thinks they have so far been let down. Can’t thank him enough for his work.

GoogleI have been very impressed with the services of CJ Hole Letting Agents. Ciaran was very efficient, estimated a good rental price and from the time that I contacted him, he had marketed the property and provided 2 very good candidates to select from, all by the same time the following week. CJ Hole has also been professional and efficient with the moving in process and the tenants have now moved in with no hassle at my end.
